珂阑(上海)医药科技有限公司 Cholesgen (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. 成立于2021年,是致力于开发源头创新药物的生物医药公司。公司聚焦疾病新型靶标,以生物化学、疾病生物学、药物化学及临床转化医学为基础,开展针对代谢性疾病(高脂血症、肥胖症、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化症以及NASH等)和肿瘤等重大疾病的创新型医药研发工作。 公司创始团队包括来自国内外顶尖药企的研发精英和来自国内顶尖科研院所的研究骨干,顾问团队包括来自国内外代谢领域以及生命科学和药物化学等相关领域的资深科学家和教授。珂阑医药将从独特新颖的研发视角出发,构建差异化的研发管线,基于代谢性疾病和肿瘤研究的全新机理,围绕全新靶点展开多条管线的新型药物研发。珂阑医药关注人类健康重大疾病,将融合生命科学、药物化学、临床医学等核心技术,构建自主创新研发平台,为代谢性疾病和肿瘤治疗提供极具潜力的创新型药物。

戚炜 科学顾问
戚炜博士,曾任职于诺华生物医学研究中心,有超过15年的新药研发和团队管理经验,在学术界和工业界领导 推动了多个新药研发项目,其中3个项目通过不同方式进入IND申报和临床试验。戚炜博士供职于上海科技大学,担任研究员、博士生导师,上海市千人计划获得者,并担任生命学院科研成果转化委员会主席。

宋保亮 中国科学院院士 科学顾问
武汉大学教授, 兼任中国细胞生物学学会理事长、基金委糖脂代谢重大研究计划专家组组长。 获陈嘉庚青年科学奖、中国青年科技奖、科学探索奖等荣誉。 本科毕业于南京大学,在中科院上海生科院生化细胞所获博士学位,在美国西南医学中心Michael Brown & Joseph Goldstein(1985年诺奖得主)实验室从事博士后研究。随后在中科院上海生科院生化与细胞所,任研究组长。 2014起在武汉大学生命科学学院任教授(2014-2022 任生命科学学院院长)。

唐静洁博士,师从宋保亮院士。曾任职中科院生化与细胞所,有近20年胆固醇代谢调控机制及相关生理病理功能的研究经历,有丰富的药物筛选、药理药效研究经验。

郝欣博士,本科毕业于北京大学化学系,在美国university of Colorado-Boulder 获得有机化学博士学位。曾于葛兰素史克上海研发中心,诺华生物医药研究中心,及瑞石生物医药等公司任职。曾领导药化团队完成多个项目的PCC,并推动其中两个项目获得IND临床许可,具有丰富的新药研发和团队管理经验。
